"This fish was renamed "Fish #135826" (Or, #135826, for short) after spending nearly 25 years inside the jail of the mind of the artist J. Vincent Scarpace. Nick-named "Fluo" (pronounced /Fläh/), he lives with the shame of what he accused himself of doing long ago. Seemingly free now, but forever condemned to 'the halfway house of his own accord and beaten indifference,' he is caught between two worlds: Even and Down.
